London Fashion week:The SHF tales by moonlight Exhibition at the British council

Style House Files in collaboration with the British Council and their international fashion exhibition held an exhibition during the  London Fashion Week showcased emerging talents from Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Botswana. Each designer’s work from the countries represented was different in terms of aesthetics and vibe and all together they created the ‘Tales by Moonlight’ vibe. If you ask me I'd say these lovely creations are out of this world. Great work guys.

UCHEA NWABUZOR SPRING 2012 LOOKBOOK

Spotted  Designer Uchea Nwabuzor collection  on Ciaafrique and here are some of my favorite designs from her lookbook called Ana Kata. Uchea was one of the 3 designers selected out of 15 semi finalist at the Harlem's fashion Row to present her collection at the NY fashion week. Great stuff girl,I heart these pieces silly. 

Meet Makeup Artist Esther Chukwuka

 Esther Chukwuka is a good friend of mine.she does very beautiful make up, i admire her work very much ,  need not say more cause her work speaks for her.A make up artisit as well as a designer and  runs MAR7TEEN KONKEPTS, one of  many make up artists i will love to work with in future.See photos of her works below.... 

Makeup works

Make up is a fashion accessory that complements good outfit, finding a good brand with the right colors can bring out uniqueness  in an outfit  .I am not a fan of  make up but when i see a very nicely done make up i know. Most times wearing  light make up works for me , works for most ladies too but some  just like to over do it , you can go over board sometimes depending on the occasion but blending the right colors should also be considered.

From experience I know that heavy eye shadow goes with light lips and vice versa plus a little bit of everything, marching colors and outfit works too,ladies take it easy on  them blushes, most times its a little too much, its better you don't use blushes if you don't know the right amount to put on your face, stay safe than being a topic of bad make up in an event, party etc. Great clothes gives you more confidence so is wearing the right make up  so the next time you wanna wear some make up , you can like to  borrow my tips.....lol.
